You know, if someone told me that a five-member panel had decided that deaf and hard-of-hearing people needed to be shielded from witchcraft on TV (like, well Bewitched, or I Dream of Jeannie. Or Scooby-Doo), not to mention such risque and dangerous shows as Justice League and Malcolm in the Middle...
Very worth the read.. seems the 5-member panel that made the decision, do not know each other, nor knew that thier opinions on Television would shape what the deaf could and could not watch.... All MLB, NASCAR, NFL, NBA are on the list (no captions for them), as is Scooby Doo, Emergency Vets, Powerpuff Girls, Sabrinia, the Littles, Transformers, Sanford and Son, Proud Family, Nancy Drew, and more...
